The Trophy Hunt
At the 2019 Montreal Fringe Festival
Three unique characters irrevocably affected by the big business of Big Game Hunting share their stories of this controversial industry. Parker has waited his whole life for this trip. Jan grudgingly guides those who can afford it into the wild with the promise God-like glory. Soraya wishes they’d all just leave her alone and let her enjoy her vacation.
Using mask, movement, and music, this secret site-specific Montreal expedition kicks off a National Consortium of theatre artists creating a different interpretation of Trina Davies’s new play across the country this summer.
